Vision Insurance gives me peace of mind because I am very confident in my agent’s (Jim Moll) ability to assess where I have exposure and provide solutions to limit my potential liability. Jim handles all of our personal property casualty insurance as well as insurance for my business. I find him knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive. I have referred many clients to Jim and they all are very appreciative. He represents Erie Insurance and Vision Insurance very well.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte for several years, but everyone in the office has been extremely attentive to every need or concern we have had. Always professional yet friendly at the same time. Staff knows the clients very well, and is great to deal with. Not always the cheapest insurance prices around, but worth the extra money for the level of service given.

I have been extremely pleased with everything about Vision Insurance! As an example, when the hail storm hit in 2015 we were able to have our roof replaced for only the deductible. Our next door neighbor had a different insurance company. They had the same damage and the roof replacement claim was denied. The contractor and their insurance adjuster had a shouting match in the driveway. I was so glad we had Erie Insurance through Vision! They are the BEST!

That is what you’ll get when you call Vision; someone always answers the phone and will gladly pass on a message if the person you need is not available at the moment; they won’t just stick you into that person’s voicemail. Or, if I email instead, I receive a response quickly. I highly recommend this agency! You won’t be disappointed!
