I have been with Vision insurance for 30 years and never thought of leaving. Always had any questions, or problems dealt with very promptly.If I had a claim of any sort, which included,commercial business, auto,and workers comp there was never an issue. I highly recommend Vision Insurance for any insurance needs.

I have been doing business with Vision for probably 20 years or more. Never had a problem with claims or getting a vehicle repaired. The staff is knowledgeable, curious, and always get any problems I may have had resolved. Charlotte always listens to my concern and is compassionate to my needs. As far as I am concerned they will have me as a customer for life.

It all comes down to customer service for me, and Charlotte Showalter has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for any issue I have brought to her attention. Not only handling the issue in a professional manner quickly and completely. She makes you feel like you matter. That is something no company can afford to lose and needs to acknowledge!
